Born in 1954 in Lakeland, FL, Kim was able to see great examples of architecture at a young age. The Frank Lloyd Wright designed Florida Southern College, in particular, gave Kim the life-long desire to be an architect. Kim has four decades of architectural experience with all types of buildings, ranging from small and simple to large and complex. His favorite building then and now is the Pfeiffer Chapel at Florida Southern.
When not working, he enjoys spending time with his grandchildren, pen and ink drawings, and smiling and laughing.

EDUCATION: Bachelor of Arts - Architecture, Iowa State University
As Director of Architecture, Ron is often a first point of contact with our clients. He enjoys the problem solving aspect of the profession, guiding our clients through the seemingly daunting task of expressing their building desires, and developing a concept that meets or exceeds their expectations. He honed those skills in a similar role during his 26 years in the Architecture + Engineering department of a large national design/build contractor prior to joining Vantage Architects in the summer of 2018. He has established solid relationships with large national clients, and has experience working on large retail and industrial developments, historic adaptive reuse projects, and mixed-use developments.
Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his family, boating and fishing.

As a youth, Jeff collected a wealth of construction knowledge working for his father’s construction firm. He continues to apply that real-world experience today, diligently working out the details of every project he works on. Simply put - a detail won’t go into our construction documents until he is satisfied it will work. Before joining Vantage Architects, he spent 20 years working for the Architecture + Engineering firm of a large national design/build contractor where he worked on a variety of projects, including large industrial projects, retail developments, medical office buildings, large mixed-use developments, and high-end senior living communities..
Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his wife, their grown children and grandchildren.
