Our History
Architect Kim Schmidt founded Vantage Point, LLC in 1995. Kim had the foresight to see the growing trend in the commercial building industry towards “Design-Build” and has partnered with Point Builders for over 15 years.
Over the years, Vantage Point continues to up the standard in Design-Build architectural services while still providing Design-Bid-Build services when required by our clients.
The company has grown to include two registered architects and support staff. Vantage Point is Headquartered in Cedar Rapids, Iowa.
We currently have architects registered in Iowa, Illinois and Missouri.
